Commissioned Landscape or Seascape Photography for Commercial Clients
Alba Landscapes are now pleased to offer to commercial clients the option of bespoke commissioned landscape or seascape photography based upon the following package.
- Following on from the the clients initial submitted enquiry, a preliminary telephone or video conference call to discuss the overall nature, requirements and location etc of the commissioned work.
- An outline brief of the proposed project subsequently prepared by Alba Landscapes and submitted to the client for prior approval.
- One full days photography (completed in one visit).
- Secure client login via a password of the clients choice on the website to a personal client login page for preliminary image selection.
- Those images which are selected from this pre-selection process to be supplied as contact sheet's.
- Prior to the start of the project the cost for the supply of a high resolution file and any additional files shall be agreed in writing.
- Subject to the client selecting a file or files for use the agreed cost for the supply of a high resolution file or any additional files shall be determined on a case by case basis according to the intended use and distribution of the file.
- Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights remain the sole property of Ron Walsh-Alba Landscapes. The client has sole use of the high resolution digital file or files according to the agreed terms and conditions for a maximum of six months from the date of receipt of the file or files.
- Following this six month period Ron Walsh-Alba Landscapes have the right to display and promote for sale any captured digital images from the project.
- Should the client wish to extend the sole rights use of the file or files to beyond six months, the cost for this extension should be agreed in writing.
- The original package price of £700.00 is inclusive of all travel costs within a radius of fifty miles from KY7 6GS. This radius being determined by the RAC route planner. The quoted price applies to commissioned work within the UK only. For overseas commissions please contact Ron Walsh directly on 0044-(0)7710-173157. Additional mileage outside the fifty mile radius is charged at thirty pence per mile.
- In the event that the client wishes to extend the number of days of photography during the initial phase of the project any additional time shall be charged as follows. One full day: £600.00 Half day: £300.00
