Print Sales Terms and Conditions plus General Print Information


1. -Due to insurance and transport problems Alba Landscapes does not offer the option of shipping framed prints outside the UK. However, to those clients living outside the UK who wish to arrange their own courier and shipping insurance Alba Landscapes are happy to offer a framed print only quotation which specifically excludes shipping and insurance costs. All shipping and insurance costs are undertaken by the client directly with a courier of their choice.

Clients should not arrange any collection date until notification is received from Alba Landscapes that the framed print is ready for collection.

Clients are required to advise Alba Landscapes in advance of the date and time of collection they are proposing, this must be mutually agreed and confirmed by Alba Landscapes before any collection is arranged by the client.

By using this option the client assumes all responsibility for shipping and insurance.

2. -Online payments are made securely via PayPal. Payments can also be made by cheque. Please note that cheques can only be accepted from customers within the United Kingdom. Cheques should be made out to Alba Landscapes and posted to;

N.B. Points 3 and 4  below refer specifically to deliveries undertaken to clients by Alba Landscapes where Alba Landscapes are responsible for shiping and insurance. Points 3 and 4 do not apply to those clients who arrange their own transport and insurance.

3. -Any packaging externally damaged in transit must be signed for as damaged on the delivery note. Any item damaged in transit but which is not visible at the time of delivery must be advised of within twenty four hours from receipt of the goods. The recipient is required to advise the transport company directly and Ron Walsh on 07710-173157. Failure to do so will invalidate any other guarantees given regarding the return of goods damaged in transport.

4. Your item is insured for delivery and whilst every care is taken to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition we are dependent upon other people during the delivery process. Subject to advising of damaged packaging/goods as per Point 3 above your item will be replaced at no extra cost to you.

5. Alba Landscapes offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all items. Should you be dissatisfied with your item you can return the product within 30 days of receipt and your purchase price will be refunded. This 30 day guarantee applies to items deemed to be returned in perfect condition and shipped in flat packaging, not tubed. Please ensure that the item is adequately  insured for the return.

6. -All print sizes displayed throughout the web site are given as approximate.

7. -Images on the web site are displayed at low resolution, having being prepared specifically for display on line. The colours displayed on a non colour calibrated monitor used to view the images may vary from the final print colours. The monitor used for printing from is colour calibrated every three weeks. In house paper profiles are produced to ensure reliable, accurate and repeatable colour rendition of images as required by me.

8. -All images supplied by Alba Landscapes are for private, personal or office use only. Images may not be reproduced in any way or by any means and may not be used for commercial purposes. Copyright and all intellectual property right remain the sole property of Ron Walsh-Alba Landscapes. 9. -Inkjet prints are best displayed under glass to protect the print surface. Avoid hanging prints in direct sunlight, areas of high humidity or close to direct heat.
