Print Sales Terms and Conditions plus General Print Information
1. -Due to insurance and transport problems Alba Landscapes does not offer the option of shipping framed prints outside the UK. However, to those clients living outside the UK who wish to arrange their own courier and shipping insurance Alba Landscapes are happy to offer a framed print only quotation which specifically excludes shipping and insurance costs. All shipping and insurance costs are undertaken by the client directly with a courier of their choice.
Clients should not arrange any collection date until notification is received from Alba Landscapes that the framed print is ready for collection.
Clients are required to advise Alba Landscapes in advance of the date and time of collection they are proposing, this must be mutually agreed and confirmed by Alba Landscapes before any collection is arranged by the client.
By using this option the client assumes all responsibility for shipping and insurance.

2. -Online payments are made securely via PayPal. Payments can also be made by cheque. Please note that cheques can only be accepted from customers within the United Kingdom. Cheques should be made out to Alba Landscapes and posted to;

N.B. Points 3 and 4 below refer specifically to deliveries undertaken to clients by Alba Landscapes where Alba Landscapes are responsible for shiping and insurance. Points 3 and 4 do not apply to those clients who arrange their own transport and insurance.
3. -Any packaging externally damaged in transit must be signed for as damaged on the delivery note. Any item damaged in transit but which is not visible at the time of delivery must be advised of within twenty four hours from receipt of the goods. The recipient is required to advise the transport company directly and Ron Walsh on 07710-173157. Failure to do so will invalidate any other guarantees given regarding the return of goods damaged in transport.
4. Your item is insured for delivery and whilst every care is taken to ensure that it reaches you in perfect condition we are dependent upon other people during the delivery process. Subject to advising of damaged packaging/goods as per Point 3 above your item will be replaced at no extra cost to you.
5. Alba Landscapes offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all items. Should you be dissatisfied with your item you can return the product within 30 days of receipt and your purchase price will be refunded. This 30 day guarantee applies to items deemed to be returned in perfect condition and shipped in flat packaging, not tubed. Please ensure that the item is adequately insured for the return.
6. -All print sizes displayed throughout the web site are given as approximate.
7. -Images on the web site are displayed at low resolution, having being prepared specifically for display on line. The colours displayed on a non colour calibrated monitor used to view the images may vary from the final print colours. The monitor used for printing from is colour calibrated every three weeks. In house paper profiles are produced to ensure reliable, accurate and repeatable colour rendition of images as required by me.
8. -All images supplied by Alba Landscapes are for private, personal or office use only. Images may not be reproduced in any way or by any means and may not be used for commercial purposes. Copyright and all intellectual property right remain the sole property of Ron Walsh-Alba Landscapes. 9. -Inkjet prints are best displayed under glass to protect the print surface. Avoid hanging prints in direct sunlight, areas of high humidity or close to direct heat.

All of the content featured or displayed on this web site, including, but not being limited to, photographs, images, graphics and text is owned by Ron Walsh of Alba Landscapes.
The website www.albalandscapes.co.uk is protected by recognised intellectual property rights laws, namely, trade press, trademark, moral rights and copyright. No portion or element of the web site or any of it's content may be copied or retransmitted except in circumstances which have been specifically approved by Ron Walsh. Under such circumstances any content and all related rights will still remain the sole property of Ron Walsh Alba Landscapes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
In the event of a breech of these terms you shall indemnify Ron Walsh & Alba Landscapes against any costs, losses, damages or expenses which may be incurred by Ron Walsh, Alba Landscapes or The Image File as a direct result of your breech of these Terms of Agreement or due to any unauthorized use of content and related rights.

Any information whatsoever that you supply shall only be used for internal purposes, this may include updating you with news, information or promotions relating to the website Alba Landscapes. Any on-line financial transactions shall be handled by a third party via a secure server, neither Alba Landscapes nor Ron Walsh shall have access to any of your fiscal information, nor be liable for any such transactions.

Current copyright laws throughout the world provide statutory protection for the copyright of photographers' work. Images by Ron Walsh Alba Landscapes are protected by these laws except in circumstances where Ron Walsh has agreed to willingly release copyright to a specific client.
In instances where images are managed on a Royalty Free basis the usage of any image purchased Royalty Free shall be solely limited to use by the original purchaser. The purchaser shall not have the right to release or allow any other third party to print, publish, exhibit or display the image in any form or by any medium. Ron Walsh Alba Landscapes shall retain the copyright of any image/images purchased on an Licensed Rights basis. Should an image be sold on a Licensed Rights basis the purchaser shall be bound by the Terms and Conditions as specified in their contract with The Image File.
Credit Lines
Irrespective of the type of license granted Ron Walsh should be credited by placing a credit line immediately adjacent to the image or alternatively in the acknowledgement or credits section. The credit line should read:

For any commercial or advertising use Ron Walsh would request that the licensee use all reasonable efforts to provide the said credit line.
Published Images
In the event of any publication featuring an image copyrighted by Ron Walsh it is requested that at least one copy of the publication be forwarded.

Workshops Terms & Conditions of Booking
1. A non-refundable deposit of £150.00 per person is required at the time of booking and this should be sent with the completed booking form. The balance is due sixty days before the start date of the course. If the balance is not received by this date, Alba Landscapes reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled.
2. If you are booking within sixty days from the start date, please forward the payment in full together with your completed booking form. Please e-mail or call Ron Walsh for postal address details.
3. In the event of your course being cancelled by Alba Landscapes for whatever reason, your payment including deposit will be refunded in full. Alba Landscapes liability is limited to the total amount that you have paid.
4. In the event that you cancel more than sixty days before the start date of your course any monies including deposit that you have paid to Alba Landscapes is fully refundable.
5. In the event that you cancel between 60 and 30 days before the start date of your course, you will receive a 50% refund of the total cost of the course. In the event that the full amount has not been paid no refund will be payable.
6. In the event that you cancel less that 30 days before the start of your course, you will receive a 25% refund of the total cost of the course. However, if the full amount has not been paid no refund will be payable.
7. For cancellations less that 15 days prior to the course then the full amount remains payable. Alba Landscapes may at their discretion allow a full transfer to an alternative date without penalty subject to agreement.
8. Should you wish to cancel your workshop please do so in writing. The date of receipt of your letter will be used to determine if a refund is payable. All notifications of cancellation should be forwarded to Alba Landscapes.
9. Alba Landscapes does not accept responsibility for personal injury during the course or any loss or damage of valuables. This includes all camera equipment for the duration of the course. Course delegates are solely responsible for insuring their own camera equipment and any photographic equipment hired from Alba Landscapes for the duration of the course. Any photographic equipment loaned to a delegate during the course which is returned broken or beyond repair (at the delegates cost) shall be replaced with new by the delegate.
10. Where required, delegates should also arrange their own travel insurance.
11. In the event of Ron Walsh being unable to personally run the course, Alba Landscapes reserves the right to either, provide a tutor who is suitably experienced to run your particular course, arrange an alternative date for your course, or alternatively refund in full the amount paid.
12. Alba Landscapes are unable to accept bookings from persons under 18 years of age.
13. Gift Vouchers are valid for a period of one year from the date of issue.
14. By signing the booking form, you are agreeing to accept these Terms & Conditions. The person signing the form does so on behalf of all other individuals included on the booking form, such that all are bound by the booking conditions.
